Getting Started with SuperBuy
SuperBuy is a shopping agent that lets you buy from Chinese marketplaces even if you do not read Chinese or have a Chinese payment method. This guide walks you through the entire process from account creation to receiving your first package. If you have never used an agent before, this is the only guide you need to read first.
Step 1: Create an Account
Go to the SuperBuy website and sign up with your email. You will receive a verification email. Once verified, complete your profile with your real shipping address. Double-check the address because you cannot change it easily after submitting a parcel.
Step 2: Find a Product
You can use the SuperBuy Spreadsheet to find categorized items, or search directly on Taobao, Weidian, or 1688. Copy the product link and paste it into the SuperBuy purchase form. The form will auto-fill the product details. Verify the price, size, and color before submitting.

Step 3: Submit the Order
After pasting the link, add any notes for the agent (size, color, special requests). Submit the order and pay the item cost plus the domestic shipping fee. This is the first payment. The agent will purchase the item from the seller and have it sent to the SuperBuy warehouse.
Step 4: Warehouse Inspection
Once the item arrives at the warehouse, SuperBuy will take photos. These are your QC photos. Check them carefully. Look at the stitching, color, logo placement, and any defects. If something is wrong, submit a return request immediately.
Step 5: Submit for Shipping
If the QC photos look good, submit the item for international shipping. Choose your shipping line based on speed, cost, and restrictions. Use the shipping calculator to estimate costs. For valuable items, consider rehearsal shipping or insurance.
Step 6: Pay for Shipping
This is the second payment. You will pay the international shipping fee based on the actual weight (or volumetric weight). Once paid, SuperBuy will pack and ship your parcel. You will receive a tracking number.
Step 7: Receive and Review
When your package arrives, inspect it immediately. If there are shipping damages, contact SuperBuy with photos. Leave honest reviews on the items and the seller to help future buyers.
